Timing is everything. Had been photographing all day with mediocre results. Huge parade, noisy and stopping traffic for miles. Park was overcrowded as first sunny day in ages. (We've had nothing but rain). Then, as I'm ready to get out of the park took a wrong turn, thank goodness, and ended up here. Needed to sit down to catch my breath, then looked up. Peace, tranquil pond, deserted area. Almost all to myself. Then lovely reflections. Sometimes there is a reason........!
