Chairs-in-waiting. The 75mm at f2 gave a nice selective focus. The chair in the middle is in focus, while the ones at the back faded away fast. I am a little surprised that those at the front-left also stayed in focus. Better this way - don't want a single chair in focus. Thank you. A bit of fun.
I like this tree - its shape, and reach. There are also many distractions. So I reduce the distractions around for the sake of the tree. I don't do this often. "twigs upon twigs" would be preferred. Thank you.
Thank you. A bit tricky to use a 75mm for this. Easy enough to blur the background at f2, but to make the foreground stay in focus!! I like those reddish things in the background. Don't remember what they are.
Thank you. I find it a challenge and delight, in trying to do a scene, like this, where things are rather uniform (grass and more grass), and yet bring it to life. Uniformity does not have to be a bore, I hope. I am glad you like this.
I was using my Elmarit 28mm, f2.8 on the A6000, making it roughly 35mm. To get the 3D look, I shot the flower head-on. Even so, with the lens wide-open, I still had to get quite close. Thank you.
I was lucky - the morning sun started to stream in behind the bush. Just waited 5 minutes till the light was right. Took care to keep shadow details. Thank you.
