Especially photographed this for a friend of mine who took me to the building behind it. (Obviously, this new building had not been built). High floor apartment with floor to ceiling glass, beautiful views of the East River. (Looking towards Queens). Rent then was $6,000 / month. If he had moved in, he would now be staring at lovely wall.
