Thank you. PSI reached 249 in the night. Unhealthy. I had to set up my M9 in the car, to minimise exposure (not funny) to the soup around. The scattered light by the nearest treetop was nice. Glad you like it - such a simple picture.

The image is not particularly well achieved but significant from a historical standpoint . 102 years later the original concept endures and is still valid.

Thank you. Orchard Road is fun, bustling yet not shoulder-to-shoulder jammed. You can walked leisurely. The 2 staircases are from adjacent malls, so there probably were some issues with who-do-what. So, they are different staircases, but reaching the same end. Fun. Glad you like it.

This images demonstrates the ability of the 135mm APO to exceed the Nikon D800e sensor resolution even with marine haze. Perhaps at some point camera sensor technology will catch-up with the optical capacity of this lens. Zoom in to see how this lens resolves fine detail beyond what the sensor can deliver.

Thank you. I am trying. For example, I feel that the heavy beam needs to be straight down, leaving the other diagonals to be non-straight. Why? Don't know. Stability?

Glen: My friend John (the friend who lent me the Leica M9) advised me to review and reset the D-Lux-4. Now it works a little better ... I still use from time to time.
I hope to last a little longer! :-) :-) Thank you very much for your message!
